Our approach is centered around maximizing cash flow from day one through value-add strategies like renovations, other income and professional management. We invest in our own deals and don't get paid until our investors get paid first. 

Holding Period

Hold time for each deal is 5-7 years depending on local market conditions.

Markets: 

We choose markets that have high long-term growth opportunities based on key metrics such as population and job growth, unemployment, median HH income and local rental laws.

Financial Criteria

We evaluate hundreds of deals before finding the right one! Our team seeks to deliver 17-20+% Annual Rate of Return, 10+% Annual Cash-on-Cash Returns and 2.0X Multiple in 5-7 Years.
